Common Fig popularly known as Anjeer, is a deliciousdry fruit that belongs to the Mulberry family. Unlike otherdry fruits, Anjeer has a soft juicy outer coating and crunchy seeds inside, which makes it an amazing fruit to relish.

Figs are always safe for babies. It can be introduced as early as six months, according to reports. Boil the Dry figs in water until the water becomes brownish, and feed to the child. Or can give Dry fig puree for babies who have not switched over to solid food yet. However; you should ensure that the baby is comfortable with other foods before giving it.
